Text of Application	What is the current status of National Highway 312 which is to be constructed from Basirhat (North 24 Pgs) to Jangipur (Murshidabad) in West Bengal? In 2022, Honorable Minister of Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, in a press briefing stated that Rs. 4,500 crore had been allocated for the development of this highway to a 90 ft. wide 4-lane highway which was expected to be completed by 2024. So, how much of that fund has been used so far for the development purpose of this road? By which year, we can expect the commencement of the construction and the completion of this project?
